RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it according to the conditions below.
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return products.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- Products must include all labels and tags
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Products That Cannot Be Returned:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Products without original packaging or labels
Return Process:
- Contact us at muska32@inbox.lv to initiate a return
- We will provide you with return instructions
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Send the product back to the address we provide
Return Shipping Costs:
EU countries: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
USA and other non-EU countries: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before returning the product, as international return shipping may be expensive.
Refund:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at muska32@inbox.lv with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
